Overview
Industrial three-phase DG30EXP 1/2D vacuum cleaner certified ATEX, intended for environments with hazardous dust (zones 21 and 22). Category 1/2D certification allowing use in zone 20 inside the tank. Designed for intensive continuous industrial use.

Detailed description
The DG30EXP 1/2D is fitted with a side-channel blower directly coupled to the motor (no belt or transmission) to provide powerful, steady, quiet and maintenance-free suction. An integrated safety valve ensures motor cooling and contributes to long service life. The de-dusting system is manual via a dedicated handle, allowing filter cleaning during operation without dust dispersion.

Filtration

• Primary filter: antistatic polyester bags, class M, large filtration area (30 000 cm²).
• Absolute filter: HEPA H14 with 99.995% filtration efficiency for particles down to 0.18 micron.
• Manual filter de-dusting to maintain suction performance.

Construction and handling
Robust steel frame with industrial wheels. Detachable 100 L AISI 304 stainless tank mounted on casters to facilitate emptying and handling of heavy or bulky waste.
