Detailed description
The DM2 EL 1/3D is engineered for reliable and safe operation in ATEX environments. It complies with ATEX regulations (standard UNI EN 17348:2022). The dust-tight suction unit (Ex tb) houses two by-pass motors capable of producing a maximum depression of 2 500 mmH₂O and a maximum airflow of 360 m³/h. Filtration consists of an antistatic pocket primary filter (class M, 1 µ) and an absolute HEPA H14 filter (retention up to 99.995% of fine particles, 0.018 µ). Filter cleaning is provided by a manual de-dusting system operated by a handle, and an integrated vacuum gauge allows real-time monitoring of filter clogging. The 60 L AISI 304 stainless steel tank is easily removable and fitted with a safety cap to contain dust. The profiled chassis and industrial wheels ensure excellent mobility for operations on industrial sites.
