Detailed description
The DG75 AF Z22 industrial vacuum is engineered for environments demanding high safety and performance, including dust explosion risk areas (ATEX). It is intended for sectors such as construction, aluminium, PVC and plastics processing. With ATEX Zone 22 certification, it meets safety requirements for explosive dust atmospheres.

The DG75 AF Z22 is fitted with a three-phase motor (7.5 to 15 kW) designed for continuous operation. It features a side-channel blower sealed against dust and without mechanical transmission, providing power, reliability and controlled noise. The motor has protective rating(s) (IP65 noted; IP55 is also referenced). An integrated safety valve protects against overheating. A vacuum gauge allows visual monitoring of filter saturation.

Performance: maximum vacuum 3200/2600 mmH2O and air flow up to 700 m³/h, enabling handling of large amounts of dust and fine waste. Filtration comprises an antistatic polyester pocket filter class M, filtration area 40,000–50,000 cm² (technical value 49,000 cm²). Manual handle deblocking simplifies filter cleaning. Optional absolute HEPA H14 filter available (99.995% MPPS efficiency, retention down to 0.18 µm).
