Overview
The DG50 EXP Z22 is a powerful, robust and versatile solution engineered for continuous operation in demanding industrial production environments. Certified ATEX Zone 22 (compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022), it is suitable for agri-food, paper/cardboard, aluminium and PVC processing, construction, automotive and mechanical industries.

Performance and operation
Built for continuous duty, the Z22 DG50 EXP is fitted with a three-phase 400 V motor (power range 4 to 8.4 kW) with IP65 protection and a self-ventilated side-channel blower delivering effective, low-maintenance suction. The unit provides a maximum vacuum of 3200/2600 mmH2O with an air flow of 420 m³/h. An integrated safety valve prevents motor overheating and a vacuum gauge allows real-time monitoring of filter clogging.

Filtration and maintenance
The filtration system uses an antistatic polyester pocket filter, class M, with a total filter area of 30,000 cm², suitable for fine dusts. Filter cleaning is performed manually via a handle-operated de-dusting system. Optionally, a HEPA H14 absolute filter (99.995% efficiency according to MPPS) is available to capture ultrafine particles down to 0.18 µm.

Construction and use
Construction in epoxy-painted steel for industrial impact resistance. Supplied with multidirectional wheels and a 100-litre recovery tank on castors to ease movement and emptying. The tank is detachable and compatible with direct bagging for clean dust disposal. Rear cable holder protects the power cable. Compact footprint (dimensions: 66 x 118 x 145 cm) and weight: 137 kg, allowing easy integration into workshops and production lines.
