Description
The DGVL185 EX1/3D industrial vacuum is a high-performance unit engineered for handling hazardous dusts in ATEX-risk atmospheres (zone 22) with category 1/3D certification. Suited to demanding environments (food, pharmaceutical, mechanical, aerospace), it combines powerful suction, advanced filtration and ATEX compliance for continuous industrial operation.

Performance and motorization
Powered by an 18.5 kW side-channel blower directly coupled to the motor (no mechanical transmission), providing reliable, low-maintenance operation for continuous use. Motor protection devices include a safety valve and PTC probe with automatic cooling activation.

Suction capacities
Maximum vacuum 2,600 mmH2O and maximum air flow 1,350 m³/h. 120 mm inlet diameter to handle heavy particles and large volumes efficiently.

Recovery and chassis
160 L stainless steel recovery container mounted on wheels for quick and safe emptying. Epoxy-painted steel chassis and industrial wheels ensure stability and mobility.

Filtration
Antistatic polyester bag filter class M (filter area 70,000 cm²) to limit electrostatic charge and retain particles effectively. Supplemental HEPA H14 absolute filter (area 103,500 cm²) capturing 99.995% of fine particles down to 0.18 micron to ensure maximum purity of discharged air.

Cleaning and separation system
Semi-automatic de-dusting activated by a pneumatic cylinder creating rapid vertical impulses on the filter to dislodge dust without lengthy machine stoppages. Tangential inlet with cyclonic separation directs dust to the container to reduce premature filter loading.
