Detailed description
The industrial vacuum MTL 20.18 is an ultra-compact, low-noise three-phase model engineered for extraction of fine dust in ATEX Zone 22 classified areas. With ATEX category 3D certification, it is suitable for direct machine extraction, fixed or mobile installations, in sectors such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing laboratories and workshops producing fine particulate matter.

Suction unit and performance
The suction unit is based on a side-channel blower with 2.2 kW power, direct drive without transmission, ensuring continuous, maintenance-free operation while keeping noise low (70 dB(A)). It provides a maximum depression of 3 000 mmH₂O and a sustained depression of 2 200 mmH₂O, with an airflow of 270 m³/h, delivering stable and effective extraction of dust even in narrow or hard-to-reach configurations.

Filtration
The filtration system includes an antistatic polyester pocket filter, class M, with a filter area of 12 000 cm², designed to capture particles down to 1 micron. Manual shaking via a handle maintains constant performance by dislodging accumulated dust without disassembly. The unit is also supplied with a HEPA H14 absolute filter (11 000 cm²), providing 99.995% filtration efficiency down to 0.18 micron, meeting high hygiene and safety requirements.

Tank and maneuverability
The 22-litre steel collection tank is detachable and fitted with a drain handle for simplified dust collection and emptying. The epoxy-painted steel chassis, industrial multidirectional wheels and rear push handle provide excellent maneuverability even in tight spaces or areas with dense equipment.
