OverviewThe ADT875 dry-well calibrator is a portable dry-well furnace designed to provide speed, stability and accuracy across a wide temperature range. It features multiple communication interfaces (USB A, USB B, RJ45, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth). A CYOR option is available to select a custom temperature range and optimize calibration within that span. Internal control sensor auto-calibration allows automatic adjustment from an external reference.
Key functional features- Standard range: -40 °C to 155 °C (model 875-155).
- Portable and fast to reach setpoints.
- Metrological performance: stability, uniformity, accuracy and load-effect compensation.
- Colour touchscreen display.
- Optional Process Calibrator (PC): combines process calibration functions (HART documentation, current/voltage/switch/RTD/thermocouple measurements) with the dry-well temperature block; records "as found" and "as left" tasks, screenshot, multi-channel logging, auto-step and ramp functions.
Detailed functionalities- Auto-calibration of the internal control sensor from an external reference (automatic and traceable procedure).
- Setpoint control of the dry well via internal sensor or external PRT reference.
- Documentation: large storage capacity (e.g. up to 1000 tasks depending on option), result logging and record-keeping functions.
Applications & usesTesting and calibration of probes (PRT, RTD), thermocouples, temperature transmitters and switches. Suitable for probe comparison with external reference, resistance probe measurement and transmitter/switch testing.
