OverviewThe ITL-M-17725 maintenance oven is designed for use with large mercury fixed-point cells. Easy to operate, it provides plateaus of 8 to 12 hours and includes two auxiliary wells for thermometer pre-conditioning. The temperature is adjustable between -36°C and -42°C.
Main features- Simple operation
- Liquid-free system (no liquid bath)
Operation and performanceThe system integrates a mechanical cooling unit capable of reaching the target cell temperature within 1 hour. Cooling rate during descent is approximately 1 K/min, and heating about 2 K/min. The device temperature is controlled by a refrigerant circuit ensuring safety in case of malfunction. The oven provides appropriate conditions to establish and maintain mercury fixed-point cells during both temperature ascent and descent.
New functionsA new color graphic display provides system control. The Ethernet interface allows remote temperature regulation. The system records bath temperature and ambient air temperature. Data can be exported to a USB key. "COOLING" and "POWER ON" indicators are shown on the oven front panel.
