Description

OVERVIEW of the high-temperature furnace
The Additel ADT875-1210 and ADT878-1210 calibration furnaces are designed for thermocouple calibration across a working range of 100 °C to 1210 °C. They deliver high stability and uniformity, feature interchangeable metal inserts and can be supplied with an optional Process Calibrator (PC) for multi-channel readings, task documentation and HART communication.

Process control and options
The Process Calibrator (PC) option includes Additel's patented Quick-Push connectors compatible with most TC terminations. It allows measuring one reference thermocouple plus up to four UUT channels, performing switch tests, powering 24 V loops, recording tasks (as found / as left) and using HART for transmitter calibration. Snapshot function captures the display and logs channels with automatic step and ramp profiles.

  • Deep inserts (XR) depth 138 mm – models A, D, H (various well configurations: 6 mm, 6.35 mm, etc.)
  • Short inserts (XS) depth 115 mm (ADT875 only)
  • Multiple insert models (e.g. Model A: 1×6 mm well + 3×6.35 mm wells; Model D: 4×6 mm wells; Model H: 4×6.35 mm wells; Models C, F, G, B, E with varied configurations)

AM1210-12 reference probe supplied (example)
Type S, range 0 °C to 1300 °C, TC wire diameter 0.5 mm, sheath diameter 6 mm, length 305 mm, alumina sheath, protective case included, test report with data provided.
