STA4001 is a lifting synchronous thermal analyzer that measures TG and DSC simultaneously. The instrument features an automatic lifting furnace design for convenient sample loading and rapid cooling.

How it works
The STA4001 monitors sample mass change (TG) and heat flow (DSC) while controlling the furnace to heat, cool and hold the sample. The system records temperature and associated physical or chemical transitions under controlled atmospheres.

Performance advantages of STA synchronous thermal analyzer
The furnace uses double-row winding of platinum-rhodium alloy wire to reduce interference and increase high-temperature resistance.
The sample pallet sensor is made from a precious metal alloy offering high temperature resistance, oxidation and corrosion resistance.
The power supply, circulation cooling and main unit are separated to minimize heat and vibration effects on the microbalance.
The main unit adopts an isolated heating furnace to protect the chassis and microthermal balance from thermal impact.
The furnace body features double insulation for improved linearity, automatic lifting with fast cooling (≤15 min from 1000°C to 50°C), an exhaust outlet and compatibility with IR systems.
