Short descriptionThe EA-XF6800 is an X-ray fluorescence multi-element analyzer designed for rapid quantitative measurement of CaO, Fe2O3, SiO2, Al2O3 and SO3 in cement, clinker, raw materials and related building materials.
1. Main usageThe EA-XF6800 is used in cement plants and industries such as metallurgy, mining and building materials to monitor raw material and product composition. It provides percentage content of key oxides to support automatic raw-mix control, predict cement strength and ensure product conformity, enabling optimized clinker and additive usage. Rapid SO3 measurement allows immediate gypsum adjustment to keep SO3 within specification.
2. Main feature- Expanded analysis width up to 15% (target ±7.5%), exceeding the typical 5% range (target ±2.5%) of similar instruments.
- Fast analysis: reports percentage content of CaO, Fe2O3, SiO2, Al2O3, SO3 in 90 s.
- Downward detector illumination design reduces risk of sample-drop damage compared with top-illumination arrangements.
- No chemical reagents, no radioactive source, low emissions and low power consumption for environmentally friendly operation.
- Large internal data storage with queryable analysis results and instrument self-check data.
- Integrated microcomputer, compact footprint and user-friendly large LCD with full English menu prompts.
- Compliant with GB/T19140 (general principles of cement X-ray fluorescence analysis).
3. Technical indicator- Analysis range: 0.01%–100%.
- Analysis precision (typical): CaO ≤ 0.05%; Fe2O3 ≤ 0.04%; SiO2 ≤ 0.06%; Al2O3 ≤ 0.06%; SO3 ≤ 0.04%.
- Analysis width: max–min of calibrated components ≤ 15% (selected per calibration curve).
- Analysis time: n × 90 s (n = 1, 2, 3).
- Operating conditions: AC 200–240 V; ambient temperature 0–40°C; relative humidity <85%.
- Power consumption: <30 W.
- Overall dimensions: 468 × 368 × 136 mm.
