Fluorescence modeFluorescence detection combined with fluorescence quantitative analysis kits enables accurate quantification of DNA, RNA and protein concentrations through specific binding of fluorochrome with the target material; minimum limit reported 0.5 pg/μl (dsDNA). Fluorescence detection featuresFluorescence detection allows precise quantification of DNA, RNA and protein concentrations using high-sensitivity fluorescence analysis kits. Fluorochromes bind specifically to target molecules; upon excitation, emitted fluorescence intensity is measured and target content is determined against a standard curve. Compared to SP-UM300, the added fluorescence function increases detection sensitivity and lowers the detection limit; fluorescence detection maintains strong specificity even when RNA is present during DNA detection.
