Fluorescence mode (overview)
Fluorescence detection combined with compatible quantitation kits enables highly sensitive measurement of DNA, RNA and proteins via specific fluorochrome binding; detection limits depend on assay and reagents used (example: SP-UM500 can reach 0.5 pg/μl dsDNA with appropriate kits).
