Product overviewEA-XF3000 is a microcomputer-controlled desktop X-ray fluorescence analyzer using a purely physical analysis method. Designed for cement plants and related industries, it provides rapid quantitative analysis of CaO and Fe2O3 in raw materials with a typical measurement time of 30 s, enabling timely process control.
Main usageThe EA-XF3000 is intended for on-site composition monitoring of cement raw materials and intermediates. It measures CaO and Fe2O3 content in limestone, clay, iron powder, fly ash, coal gangue and similar materials, supporting raw mix control, clinker production and quality assurance. Applicable also to lime plants, mines, power plants and brick and tile production.
Main features- Compact desktop design with integrated microcomputer control.
- Large LCD with English menu prompts for straightforward operation.
- Fast analysis: CaO and Fe2O3 results in 30 s per measurement.
- Non-destructive testing: samples remain intact and can be re-used.
- No chemical reagents or radioactive source required; no liquid/solid waste emissions; low power consumption.
- Extensive data storage: measurement results and instrument self-check records are retrievable.
- Compliant with GB/T19140 cement X-ray fluorescence analysis general principles.
