Description

Product description
The PA-3000ASL is a conjoined spray laser particle size analyzer based on full-scale Mie scattering theory and proprietary analysis algorithms. Housed in a fully sealed metal enclosure with strong electromagnetic shielding, the instrument provides automated, high-resolution particle size analysis for water mist, oil mist, smoke and powder aerosols. The main and auxiliary units are fixed at a 400 mm spacing with automatic optical centering and computer-controlled sampling to ensure repeatable, rapid measurements.

Overview
Designed for testing droplets from injectors, fire-extinguishing nozzles, spray-drying systems and aerosol generators. The PA-3000ASL supports fast, representative sampling of small-volume specimens and delivers high resolution and measurement stability thanks to a precision mechanical structure and proprietary control software. Independent intellectual property enables configurable quality-control workflows.

Application area
Suitable for nozzle manufacturing, medical spray development, water-mist systems, industrial smoke and fume analysis, powder mist characterization, aerosol production control, and research laboratories in scientific institutions.

Reports
The software interface supports English and Chinese. Multiple report formats are available (cumulative distribution, normal distribution, RR distribution, etc.). Reports include cumulative particle size distribution curves, interval distributions and histograms, characteristic diameters (D3, D10, D25, D50, D75, D84, D90, D97), volume and area mean diameters, and specific surface area.
