Product overview
SP-F97, SP-F97pro and SP-97xp are bench-top fluorescence spectrometers delivering excitation–emission measurements across 200–900 nm. The instruments combine a double-grating monochromator, excitation dual-beam ratio monitoring and Hamamatsu xenon light source plus photomultiplier detection to support sensitive, fast and reproducible fluorescence analysis for R&D and routine laboratories.
