Description

Product overview
The CS-9002 is a high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer for rapid quantitative determination of carbon and sulfur in solid samples. The system integrates an automatic constant-pressure oxygen supply, high-frequency induction furnace, infrared detectors, PC control, analytical balance and printer to provide automated, repeatable results.

Features
The induction furnace provides reverse-sweep automatic dust removal to maintain measurement accuracy and reproducibility, reduce manual cleaning and use combustion exhaust to power the dedusting cycle for energy efficiency and environmental protection.

Common Parameters
Analysis time: 30–50 s
Measuring principle: High-frequency combustion with infrared absorption detection
Analysis gas: Pure oxygen ≥99.5%
Power gas: Dry nitrogen or compressed air
Power supply: 220 V ±5%
Weight: 85 kg
Dimensions: 565 × 465 × 720 mm

CS-9002 High-frequency Infrared Carbon Sulfur Analyzer
The CS-9002 adopts a high-frequency combustion system combined with an infrared analysis system in an integrated structure and features two sets of infrared detection systems for enhanced range and precision.

Sulfur: better than ISO 4935

Optional
  • Double sulfur detector
  • Double carbon detector
  • CO detector
  • Combined carbon & sulfur detector

Processing system
The CS1000 processing system is an optional water-separation accessory designed for accurate analysis of minerals, geological samples, clays and samples containing crystalline water or organics. It separates water from combustion gases via a circulation drainage technique to protect CO2 and SO2 detection from moisture interference. The unit is compact, durable and can be integrated into the instrument or supplied as a standalone accessory.

Control Software
  • Multiple preset curves; storage for up to 80 carbon & sulfur calibration curves
  • User-defined curves supported; multi-level user privileges
  • Control of temperature, flow, peak width and CO compensation; stable operation
  • Automatic result archiving in database; query, print and export to Excel supported
  • Playback of experimental results
  • Single-point and multi-point calibration functions
  • Configurable self-test and alarm functions
