Fluorescence detection features and applicationsThe fluorescence detection mode enables precise quantification of DNA, RNA and protein concentrations using fluorescence quantitative analysis kits and specific fluorochromes. Fluorescence detection increases sensitivity and specificity compared to absorbance-only methods and can quantify very low concentration samples when combined with appropriate reagents.
