Air-driven pressure test unit LIT05-10S

Product overview:
Pressure tester designed to measure internal pressure of lighter gas tanks and ignition/firing guns. Provides automated leak detection per branch and calibration capability for instrument barometers.

Operating modes:

• Detection mode: set parameters on the display, align the lighter inflatable port, clamp the unit and start the sequence. The clamping mechanism inserts the unit into the water tank and opens the branch valve. The system inflates the branch to the programmed pressure (typical detection inflation up to ~1500 kPa), then closes the gas path and monitors the pressure gauge to detect leaks; leaking branches can be identified and isolated via software.
• Calibration mode: select instrument calibration, connect a standard barometer to the branch being calibrated (other branches closed). The instrument compares its barometer readings with the standard and adjusts/calibrates each branch barometer in sequence.
