Description AI-powered AOI verification station for HDI and IC Substrates with minimum line/space down to 10 μm. AIVR combines virtual (post-processed AOI images) and physical (live video) verification within a single workstation. AIVR 10μ is designed to support high-volume manufacturing of HDI and IC substrates and is optimized for verification of 10–25 μm line/space technology. In AIVR mode, the operator reviews defect images captured by AOI and processed with AI-based image enhancement algorithms, enabling rapid filtering of obvious false calls. The system improves verification efficiency and throughput while integrating results seamlessly with the database. Users can classify defects using an optional touchscreen to provide timely feedback to QA. AIVR 10μ is compatible with all CIMS AOI.
