AOI system for inspection of flexible printed circuits (FPC) in roll-to-roll manufacturing. The Galaxy R2R 30µ is designed to support R2R production of flex and rigid-flex PCBs and to detect line/space features down to 30 µm. The Microlight™ Gen II illumination delivers optimized light coverage while the Spark™ 3.0 cross-platform detection engine and advanced image acquisition provide high detection sensitivity with minimal false calls.
