Description
AIVR 25μ is an AI-powered AOI verification station designed for HDI and multi-layer PCB production. It combines virtual (software) and physical (live video) verification in a single workstation, optimized for line/space widths from 25 to 100 µm. In AIVR mode, operators review AOI-captured defect images enhanced by AI algorithms to quickly filter false calls and prioritize true defects. The system integrates verification results with the database and supports optional touchscreen classification for real-time QA feedback.
