Description

Description
AOI for inspection of flex and rigid-flex PCBs with minimum line/space capability down to 25 µm. Galaxy Flex 25μ is a CIMS AOI system designed to support high-volume manufacturing of flex and rigid-flex boards. The system scans down to 25 µm line/space width technology and integrates the Microlight™ Gen II optical module to provide optimized illumination for demanding detection tasks. Combined with configurable detection algorithms, the platform delivers high-resolution image acquisition and accurate defect identification. Galaxy Flex 25μ runs on the Spark™ 3.0 cross-platform detection engine to enable consistent detection workflows.
