The system inspects line/space features down to 25 µm, combining Microlight™ optical technology for optimal illumination and contrast with advanced image acquisition and analysis. Detection is driven by the cross-platform Spark™ engine, delivering high detection rates with minimal false calls. Phoenix Touch supports large-data processing and offers rapid job setup to meet production requirements.
