Description

Description
AVI verification station for finished boards, designed for inspection of high-end HDI and IC substrates. CVR 100 Fi is optimized for technologies with line/space widths from 10 µm (minimum) and for typical processes in the 10–30 µm range. The system combines advanced multi-configuration illumination and adjustable video light to deliver clear defect images and precise defect classification. Robust mechanics and high-performance hardware ensure high throughput and reliable operation. The user interface and ergonomic design support efficient operator interaction with minimal training required. CVR 100 Fi is fully compatible with CDB™ and CDBIC™ data management systems and integrates with all CIMS AOI systems and the Phoenix Fi final inspection AVI system.
