Description

Description
The Galaxy Flex 15μ AOI system is designed for high‑volume inspection of flex and rigid‑flex PCBs with minimum line/space capability down to 15 μm. Combining Microlight™ Gen II optics with the Spark™ 3.0 detection engine, the system delivers high image quality and adaptable detection algorithms to meet stringent defect detection requirements while minimizing false calls. Galaxy Flex 15μ supports fast job setup and integration into automated production lines.
