Galaxy Flex 30μ, a CIMS AOI system, is designed for high-volume manufacturing of flex and rigid-flex PCBs and supports technologies with line/space widths down to 30 µm. The system's optical technology Microlight™ Gen II provides optimized illumination coverage to meet strict detection requirements by combining high-quality imaging with configurable detection algorithms. Equipped with advanced image acquisition hardware and software, the Galaxy family delivers detection with a low false-call rate. Galaxy Flex 30μ is powered by Spark™ 3.0, a cross-platform detection engine.
