Description
Galaxy PVH is an AOI system for inspection of plugged via holes (PVH) with a minimum inspectable via diameter of 75 µm. It inspects resin-filled through-holes and filled laser via holes on the same PCB panel, supporting high-volume MLB and HDI manufacturing. The system extends AOI coverage to both mechanically drilled and laser-drilled vias and reliably detects defects inside filled drills.
