Description
Hybrid-mode AOI verification station designed for HDI PCBs, combining virtual and physical verification within a single workstation. VVR supports high-volume manufacturing with minimum line/space down to 15 µm. Series models include:

• VVR 15μ: optimized for 15 µm line/space technology
• VVR 25μ: optimized for 25 µm line/space technology
• VVR 30μ: optimized for 30 µm line/space technology

Operation
In VVR mode the operator reviews defect images captured and post-processed by AOI using advanced image enhancement algorithms to quickly filter obvious false calls. The station combines review of AOI post-processed color defect images with live video verification, integrates results with the manufacturing database, and supports an optional touchscreen for defect classification and real-time QA feedback. VVR for HDI is compatible with all CIMS AOI systems.
