Description
Phoenix MDI, a CIMS AOI system, is designed for inspection of mechanical drills on HDI and multi-layer PCBs. It is capable of inspecting mechanical drills down to 150 µm in diameter. The system’s Microlight™ optical technology provides optimized illumination to meet strict detection requirements. Performance is achieved by combining high-quality image acquisition with customizable detection algorithms. Equipped with advanced image acquisition hardware and software, Phoenix MDI delivers low false-call rates. Phoenix MDI is powered by Spark™ — a cross-platform detection engine.
