AVI verification station for IC Substrates strips scanned with AVI systems. SVS 10μ, CIMS AVI verification station powered by Sprint™, is engineered for reliable verification of line/finger geometries down to 10 µm (optimized for 10–18 µm).
The system uses a combined reflective/coaxial illumination channel plus three diffusive channels to maximize contrast on gold surfaces and solder mask. Optical design supports precise defect marking and scrapping of defective units. Robust mechanics and dedicated hardware deliver high throughput and operational stability.
SVS 10μ features an ergonomic, user-friendly interface that minimizes training time. It integrates with CDB™ and CDBIC™ for defects and scrapped units data management and is compatible with all CIMS AVI systems and third‑party laser marking machines.
