Description
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for inspection of flexible printed circuits (FPC) in roll-to-roll manufacturing. Galaxy R2R 25 µm is an AOI system designed for roll-to-roll production of flex and rigid-flex PCBs, capable of detecting line/space down to 25 µm. Microlight™ Gen II illumination provides uniform light coverage to meet stringent detection requirements. Combined with high-resolution image acquisition and the Spark™ 3.0 detection engine, the system delivers precise defect detection with a low false-call rate. Compatible with front AMHS or robot integration for inline production.
