Overview
G100 Ratchet Binder is a manual ratchet tensioner designed for cargo lashing and restraint during road, rail and maritime transport. The unit features a forged fork-type handle with an integrated V-shaped ratchet and pawl mechanism, threaded connections at both ends and a rotating rod allowing fast manual tensioning. Operation is simple, fast and labour-saving. Not suitable for lifting.

Testing Standards
Each binder is subjected to tensile testing, proof load testing, hook inspection, thread inspection and dimensional verification prior to shipment.
Application Standards
Designed for cargo restraint, heavy haulage, machinery securing, flatbed trailer lashing and industrial transport operations only.
Maintenance Standards
Inspect regularly for thread wear, hook deformation, safety latch damage, corrosion, cracks and abnormal wear prior to use.
