Overview
Grade 100 Clevis Foundry Hook manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel. Provides at least 25% greater working load limit (WLL) compared with conventional Grade 80 products. Engineered for assembly of chain slings where a wide throat opening is required. Tested to DIN PAS 1061 and ASTM A952/A952M with a design factor of 4:1 and fatigue rating of 20,000 cycles at 1.5× WLL. Minimum tempering temperature: 400°C. Before use, verify whether hooks without safety latches are permitted for the specific application.
