Product overview
Grade 100 eye self-locking hook for chain lifting applications, manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel. Provides at least 25% greater WLL than traditional Grade 80 products. Proof load tested at 2.5× WLL with batch certification, design factor 4:1 and fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5× WLL. Minimum tempering temperature 400°C and 100% Magnaflux crack detection on each batch.
