Overview
Basic 180 V is a heavy center lathe with a 206 mm bed width and approximately 30% higher overall weight than comparable machines. Its ribbed cast-iron bed improves stiffness and damping, allowing heavier cutting regimes for industrial applications. Fitted with an inverter, the spindle can run up to 3,000 rpm. The constant cutting speed function maintains uniform surface quality during facing operations.
