Description
This model of the KMT RNC series is a motorized guillotine shear designed for precision plate shearing with NC back-gauge control and adjustable kerf. It combines a sliding-block guided cutter bar, solid welded steel frame and an integrated Return-to-Sender function for efficient handling of cut parts.

Product Details

• Machine Frame: Very rigid, fully welded steel construction with sliding-block guided cutter bar ensures clean cuts. Special stainless-steel cutters are included. Upper cutters are reversible; lower cutter elements provide multiple cutting edges. Continuous hold-down fixes the sheet immediately in front of the cut line. Kerf adjustment is manual.
• Ergonomic Design: Return-to-Sender returns cut parts to the operator position to improve throughput and safety. Rigid side angle stop allows precise perpendicular alignment. Rugged support arms secure large plates. Recessed material support rollers in the table reduce handling effort and prevent scratches. Mobile foot switch frees the operator's hands. Bright LED cutting-line illumination aids precise marking. Lubrication points and adjustment screws are easily accessible.
• Rear stop / Back gauge: Motorized back gauge with ball screw and linear guides for high positioning accuracy. NC control enables quick programming. Working area at the back gauge is secured by a light curtain. Optional sheet holding device supports the Return-to-Sender function.
