Overview

High-precision automatic butt fusion welding machines for joining PE, PP, PPR and PVDF pipelines (90–355 mm) used in oil & gas gathering, water supply, wastewater, mining and other industrial applications. These units combine CNC hydraulic control, PLC touch-screen interface, DuPont Teflon-coated heating plate and RFID/advanced data logging to ensure reliable, reproducible and durable welds.
