Detailed description
MM-Tech's automatic butt fusion welding machines combine CNC hydraulic motion control and a rugged PLC touchscreen to deliver programmable, repeatable weld cycles suitable for large-diameter thermoplastic pipelines. RFID-enabled access restricts settings to authorized operators and supports job tracking. The Teflon-coated heating plate reduces adhesion and maintenance downtime. Integrated data logging and USB report export enable traceability and quality documentation for construction and commissioning records.
