Product Overview
MM-Tech supplies aluminium-bodied high-pressure butt fusion welding machines for thermoplastic pipes (HDPE, PE, PP, PVDF). Designed for site and field welding of water and gas networks, the SWT-V200/63SHP meets ISO 21307 and ASTM F2620 requirements for high-force thermofusion.

SWT-V200/63SHP Description
The SWT-V200/63SHP is a high-pressure butt fusion welding machine built in precision-machined aluminium to provide stable clamping and welding force. Welding capacity covers O.D. 63–200 mm (2"–8" IPS), suitable for PN25 applications. The unit integrates a worm-driven trimmer power system compatible with a Makita electric drill, a hydraulic pump and adjustable pressure control for accurate thermofusion joints.
