The SWT-V series are automatic CNC hydraulic butt fusion welding machines for on-site and workshop use, intended for welding thermoplastic pipes (HDPE/PE/PP/PVDF) in mining, municipal and industrial pipeline installations.

Product features

• DuPont Teflon-coated heating plate for low adhesion and controlled temperature.
• Precise temperature regulation (small machines ±2–3°C; larger machines ±5–6°C) and safety trimmer switch.
• High-performance oil seal kit (German source) and 4 sets of STUCCHI quick couplings (Italy) to reduce setup time and hydraulic leakage.
• Integral shaft with chromate treatment to improve chassis rigidity under load.
• Automatic control box with IP54 protection, lightweight servo-driven components and integrated rear sockets for peripherals; DVS/ISO/WIS welding programs included.
