The SWT-V160MS is a manual on-site butt-fusion (thermofusion) welding machine designed for controlled welding of thermoplastic pipes and fittings in water pipeline and related industrial systems. The unit facilitates on-site butt welding of pipes and fittings without additional base equipment by adjusting clamps and the drag bar.

Key features

• Precise pressure control via oil-pressure-type gauge installed inside the cylinder cavity with a seal ring — more accurate and stable than spring-pointer gauges.
• Compatible with MM‑Tech data logger for recording and exporting welding parameters.
• On-site manual butt-fusion design enabling welding of pipes and fittings (elbows, tees, wyes, flange necks) through clamp and drag-bar adjustment — no extra base required.
• Material compatibility: suitable for HDPE, PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic materials used in fluid transport.
