netTAP 100 is an industrial gateway for deterministic protocol conversions between CANopen and PROFIBUS DP as well as between fieldbus and serial automation protocols. It supports conversions between a Real-Time Ethernet protocol (2-port) and a fieldbus or serial protocol, between two fieldbuses, or between a fieldbus and a serial protocol. Licensed Master functionality is available without restrictions. The device includes a memory card slot for storing firmware and configuration: a faulty unit can be restored within seconds by moving the card to a spare unit.
