Product overview
The CIFX PC card family provides a unified standard for integrating Real-Time Ethernet and Fieldbus systems into PC-based automation. The protocol stack executes autonomously on the PCI card and exchanges process data with the host via Dual-Port Memory (DPM) or DMA. netX technology enables multiple Real-Time Ethernet protocols on the same hardware by changing firmware. A broad range of hardware options and device drivers plus a free C-Toolkit simplify integration into industrial applications.
