Product Introduction
PAPT-B02 Air Permeability Tester is used to test the air permeability of polymer materials, films, paper and paperboard by the Bendtsen method (Gurley or Schober methods optional).

Testing Principle

• Bendtsen: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.47 kPa, record the gas flow through the test surface after clamping for 5 seconds.
• Schober: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.00 kPa ±0.01 kPa or 2.50 ±0.01 kPa, select an appropriate test duration and measure the gas flow through the sample by the test volume.
• Gurley: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.23 kPa, measure the time taken for 100 ml of gas to pass through.
