Product introduction The MU-K1030 is a laboratory tester designed to measure particulate filtration efficiency of daily protective masks and respirators. It is intended for use by medical device inspection centers, occupational safety laboratories, hospital testing units and mask manufacturers for standardized particulate efficiency assessment.
Equipment use The system generates a controlled aerosol (salt and oil), conditions particle charge, and measures upstream and downstream concentrations using a high-precision PM2.5 sensor and laser particle counter to calculate filtration efficiency. The pneumatic sample clamp and automatic sequence enable reproducible test runs compliant with referenced standards.
Technical parameters- Aerosol generation: two cold-type aerosol generators (salt and oil) with convenient solution feed.
- Particle measurement: high-precision PM2.5 sensor and laser dust particle counter.
- Electrostatic charge neutralizer for aerosol particles.
