Product Introduction
SCT-A6 Package Compressive Resistance Tester is designed to evaluate the compressive resistance and leak integrity of small flexible packages (sauce packets, seasoning packets, ketchup packets, salad/vegetable packets, jam or cream packets) and small pharmaceutical sachets. The unit applies controlled pressure for a preset duration and enables observation of leakage to assess package performance.

Test Principle
The sample is pressed by a platen at a specified pressure and held for a defined time. Following the pressure hold, the package is inspected for leaks; the presence or absence of leakage under the applied load indicates the compressive resistance of the package.
