Description

Overview
PA-TS-LWD is a high-performance laser particle size analyzer offering a wide dynamic range, strong repeatability and high accuracy for wet and dry measurements. It integrates advanced optical, mechanical and software systems to deliver reliable particle size distributions for industrial R&D and QC environments.

Usage
Suitable for wet-dispersed samples and for powders requiring dry dispersion. Configurable sampling systems support routine laboratory analysis and on-demand production checks.

Working principle
Particle size distribution is determined from scattered light energy using full-range Mie scattering theory. The instrument combines optimized optics, precise mechanics and signal processing to ensure fast, repeatable and traceable results.

Wet injection: standard SCF-108 circulating sampler (high-power centrifugal pump, up to 4000 rpm, 100 W ultrasound, 1000 mL cell); optional SCF-105B fully automatic sampler (316L cell, 50 W bottom ultrasound).
Dry injection: standard DPF-110 dry sampler with adjustable dispersion pressure, built-in pressure sensors and contamination protection.
