Overview:PA-1177LW by Raysky Scientific is an automated laser particle size distribution analyzer for wet dispersion, compliant with ISO 13320. It integrates laser diffraction, computer control and photonics in a compact unit. The instrument uses full-range Mie scattering theory and proprietary algorithms to compute particle size distributions. An integrated ultrasonic disperser, agitator and circulation system reduce re-agglomeration and improve measurement stability. Typical single-sample measurement time is under 1 minute; signals and results are generated, stored and available for printing or export.
Application:Wet particle size analysis of suspensions and emulsions for chemicals, electronic and battery materials, agrochemicals, pigments and paints, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, ceramics, building materials, food additives, fillers (calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin), oxides (titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide), catalysts, refractory materials, graphite and related industrial materials.
