Product description
Screws manufactured in PA66 (Nylon 66) and PA66GF30 (PA66 with 30% glass fiber). These technical polymer screws provide high mechanical strength, improved stiffness (with glass fiber), thermal stability and chemical resistance. They are a lightweight, electrically insulating alternative to metal screws for a wide range of industrial assemblies.

Main properties

• Thermal: PA66 continuous use up to 100 °C; PA66GF30 up to 120 °C
• Mechanical: high strength; increased stiffness with glass-fiber filled grade; good dimensional stability
• Chemical: good resistance to oils, greases, hydrocarbons and common solvents
